Dining Review Paisan’s Deli “The Crazy Bird”

The Crazy Bird was created from a one-time Thanksgiving leftover and has become one of Paisan’s most requested weekly signature sandwich specials. The Crazy Bird was born with leftover dinner rolls, turkey and a cranberry cream cheese salad after an extra-large holiday meal. The next day at the deli I made it for the crew. It had a fresh, light taste and they suggested we try it as the daily special. The sandwich was a hit in 1995 and has been one of our most requested sandwiches ever since. So if you want to try something a little different, try the seasonal sandwich good for all seasons.
