Truckee NYE Party at 50 50 with Drop Theory

There’s only one place to spend NYE in Truckee this year and that’s at the 50 50 Brewing Co. For the last two years 50 50 has held host to the best party in town. Drop Theory is the perfect band to continue this great tradition. This is the third annual NYE bash for the 50 50 Brewing Co and Drop Theory is looking forward to an all out party. Drop Theory plays a mix of choice covers and dynamic originals featuring tight arrangements, body-shakin’ grooves, and high-energy solos. Whether they’re covering old-school R&B artists to modern rock bands, 70s fusion ensembles to 90s acid jazz groups, these Tahoe locals make sure to put a bit of funk in it all. Drop Theory members J Pinard (Sax), Sean McIntire (Guitar), Isaac Freed (Bass) and Alex Dobbs (Drums) each contribute to vocals and make sure that the party keeps going. 50 50 has become the place to spend New Years Eve in Tahoe. With two legendary New Years parties under their belt this year should be no different. “The last two years were sick! All out dance parties to the very end. Tickets are 20$ at the door, night of. Doors at 8:30pm. Show at 9:30pm
